Some frequently asked questions:

Q. How long will our site last?
A. the site will be registered for two years from the start of development. After the two years you will be required to re-register with the third party hosting company. This is as simple as paying a bill and it will cost you in the order 0r £30 per year (as a general rule hosting packages are always taken for a two year period or monthly).

Q. Will we be able to update our site?
A. Yes, as long as you have a CMS site. The degree that you can update your site will depend on you. we will advise you on administration when we talk you through the site.

Q. Can you update the site for us?
A. Yes, we can always help with site management. You can choose to pay for us to update and maintain the site on your behalf. We would normally charge £30 per change which would incorporate an approximate hours worth of modifications. All modifications will be taken on merrit.

Q. Will you build us a demo site and talk us through it?
A. Yes we will. All of our packages get a demo. The quality of the demo will depend on the information that you give us. We keep the demo sites out of the way so only you can see it. They are not always exclusive i.e. password protected, but simply harder to find.

Q. Will our site be able to handle audio?
A. Yes it will. You can add audio links from the control pannel.

Q. Will our site be able to handle video?
A. Yes it will. The main concern here is that video takes up a lot of space on your site. You will be able to link to video clips and offer them to browsers. here is an example Demo Video.
